All products sold by Axiya Technologies are digital software products distributed through the MQL5 Marketplace. Refund requests are subject to MQL5's refund policy and our terms outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent the product from functioning as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Product does not match the description provided on our website or MQL5 marketplace listing
- Duplicate purchase (proof required)
- Request made within 14 days of purchase (subject to review)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Trading losses incurred while using our products
- Dissatisfaction with trading results or performance
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your trading account or broker (please verify compatibility before purchase)
- Failure to follow installation or configuration instructions
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Products that have been modified or reverse-engineered
4. Refund Process

- Provide your MQL5 order number and purchase details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed through MQL5 Marketplace
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
5. Custom Development Services
For custom development services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the specific service agreement. Partial refunds may be considered if work has not yet commenced, subject to our discretion.
6. Free Products
Free products are provided "as-is" and are not eligible for refunds. However, we welcome feedback and will address any technical issues.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact MQL5 Marketplace support, as all transactions are processed through their platform. MQL5's decision in refund matters is final.
